Secure KFW-55
funding now
Since 16 December 2025, new KfW funding has been available for Efficiency House 55 buildings.
The freehold apartments in the LaVie quarter meet this energy standard and are therefore eligible for funding. This funding programme ends on 30 June 2026 (date of receipt of the application by KfW).
What does this mean in detail?
A building to the KfW-55 standard requires only 55 per cent of the primary energy of a comparable new building constructed to the statutory reference standard. The funding therefore supports energy-efficient and sustainable construction, makes an active contribution to climate protection and can make your financing considerably more attractive.
Under this programme, buyers therefore benefit not only from significantly lower energy costs and greater living comfort thanks to modern insulation and technology, but above all from the option of a low-interest loan at currently 1% (effective annual interest rate over a 10-year term) and from repayment or investment grants. The funding is available to you regardless of whether you buy the property to live in yourself or as an investment.
